Western Arizona Regional Medical Center (WARMC) is seeking a board-certified/eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to join its growing team in Bullhead City, Arizona.

• General orthopedic surgery practice with high joint case volume
• Fellowship training is not required
• Strong earning potential - total compensation around $700K+
• Full-time, hospital employed position (no locums or part-time)
• High volume, quick ramp-up

• Shared call with extra call compensated
• Office space available
• Work in a supportive environment with access to referring PCPs and specialists
• Robust onboarding, marketing, and physician outreach support
• Strong clinical and administrative support with experienced APC staff
• Open to new graduates or experienced surgeons
• Must be board-certified or board-eligible and have completed U.S. residency training
