Location: South of Sedona, AZ

Start Date: 11/4/25 

Credentialing: 110 days 

Schedule: 7-10 24-hour shifts per month  

Call: 24/7 call coverage & Telenoc night coverage  

Details: Critical Access Hospital 

ICU Beds: 4 

Acute/Swing/ SNF: 21 (17 inpatient; 4 Observation) 

Average Daily Census: 12 

Average Weekly Admissions: 25 

Average Daily Discharges: 3-5 

Average LOS: Med/Surg 3.2 

Average Encounters per day: all inpatient and observations; swing-bed admission rounding once every 3 days   

Subspecialty Support: Pulmonology/Critical Care 24x7 via tele-ICU, Neurology, Anesthesia 24/7, Cardiology intermittent, General Surgery 24/7, Infectious Disease, Orthopedic Surgery intermittent, OB 24x7, Urology intermittent, & tele-nephrology 24x7, tele-psych 24x7, & telestroke 24x7 

EMR: Cerner 

Catchment area/Referring Hospitals: surrounding communities with 25,000 population with no other hospitals 

Ancillary Support: RT 24/7, Lab 24/7, Imaging 24/7, PT/OT/ST 7 days/week, onsite pharmacy daytime 7 days/week; dietitian 4 hours 5 days/week; onsite case management 7days/week  

Emergency Department: MD or APP: 34 hours of coverage (24 hours MD and 10 hours APP) 

Must be comfortable working independently and performing all procedures 

Active AZ License or the ability to obtain 

Independent Contractor (1099) - $320K per year for 10 shifts per month

Malpractice Insurance Covered by RPG 

Hotel like accommodations being built in the hospital
