Rochester Regional Health is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Plastic Surgeon, preferably fellowship-trained in Hand Surgery, to join our growing surgical team in Rochester, NY. This is a unique opportunity to build a full-scope Plastic Surgery practice—from reconstructive and cosmetic to complex hand procedures—within a collaborative, system-aligned environment.

Position Details

  • Location: Unity Hospital Campus – Rochester, NY
  • Schedule: Full-time, mix of inpatient and outpatient care
  • Case Mix: Reconstructive, cosmetic, and hand procedures
  • Call: Shared with surgical colleagues
  • Team Environment: Work alongside specialists in vascular, general, orthopedic, and breast surgery
  • Practice Development: Autonomy to design and scale your practice with robust system support
