Las Cruces is the second most populous city in New Mexico and enjoys 320 days of sunshine a year for all your outdoor activities.   The NICU is a Level II that is ramping up to a Level III NICU with 24/7 in house NNP support. The city offers vibrant cultural traditions, and the local state university campus fosters educational and economic vibrancy. Being the largest NICU in Southern New Mexico, there is significant opportunity to mold the unit and help foster its growth.  The NNP will have a flexible schedule allowing for an excellent work life balance.
