Position Highlights

• Outpatient-only Pediatric role at one of Arizona’s top FQHCs

• Practice across 14 beautiful, integrated medical home locations

• Join a team caring for over 128,000 patients annually

• Provide care alongside onsite services, including:

  • Pharmacy, Lab, Imaging (X-ray, Mammography)

  • Behavioral Health, Dentistry, Nutrition

  • OB/GYN, Midwifery, Physical Therapy

  • HIV/AIDS Treatment, Addiction Support, Teen Services

Position Requirements:

• MD or DO

• Arizona medical license or ability to obtain

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pediatrics
