Join a high-acuity, hospital-based OB/GYN program at one of Florida’s premier regional medical centers. Lakeland Regional Health is a Level I Trauma Center with a Level III Maternity Care designation, delivering comprehensive, complex obstetrical and gynecologic care in a state-of-the-art environment.

 

This is a position for physicians who want to practice real, high-level inpatient OB — without clinic responsibilities or call burden.

As a Level I Trauma Center, the hospital provides comprehensive multidisciplinary support, ensuring access to surgical subspecialties, critical care, interventional services, and rapid-response teams at all times.

Requirements:

· MD or DO, completion of accredited OB/GYN residency

· 3+ years of post-training experience preferred

· Board Certified or Board Eligible (ABOG or AOBOG)

· Florida license (or ability to obtain)

· Confident managing high-risk obstetrics in a team-based environment

· Comfortable with independent decision-making in a fast-paced setting
