PM&R /Pain Anesthesia Physician - Sanford Health - Gillette, WY

Black Hills Surgical Hospital is seeking BE/BC PM&R or Pain Anesthesia physician to the practice in Gillette, Wyoming.

1. Schedule: Monday-Friday
2. 30-40 patients per day in clinic
3. Mixed inpatient and outpatient care
4. Medication management and procedural cases
5. Recommend and implement treatment options, such as:

-Interventional Pain Management

-Ultrasound-guided injections

-Neuropathic pain

-EMG and botulinum toxin injections for headache

-Cervical Dystonia and Spasticity

1. Manage patients' medication and follow up on its efficacy and risk
2. New fellows are encouraged to apply
