The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center is actively recruiting a Board Certified/Board Eligible Maternal-Fetal Medicine Specialist to join its growing academic practice in Lubbock, Texas. We are seeking motivated candidates who are interested in a full-time faculty position with opportunities for growth, including potential for Division Chief appointment for experienced candidates. New graduates and practicing physicians are both encouraged to apply.
Academic faculty position with Texas Tech Physicians, a multispecialty medical group.
Opportunities for teaching, research, and leadership, depending on candidate interest and experience.
Outpatient-focused role with optional inpatient call or L&D participation.
Robust patient base: 300–500 patients/month, approx. 100 per week in clinic.
Onsite access to ultrasound and NST, with procedures including amniocentesis.
EMR: Currently using Cerner, transitioning to Epic in 2026.

MD, DO, or MBBS
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal-Fetal Medicine
Eligible for Texas medical license
H1B visa candidates welcome
Base salary: $400,000 (negotiable, Patient Load and experience considered)
Sign-on bonus: Negotiable
Relocation assistance: Up to $10,000
CME allowance: $3,500 and up to 20 days
