Opening for Infectious Disease at the Chicagoland area. Several office locations - one in Illinois and one in state of Indiana. This will include both inpatient and outpatient work. HIV patients and full outpatient services at this office location of established practice. Employed by the single specialty physician group with base salary, incentives, and benefits.
