Job Summary:
HCA Florida Lake Monroe Hospital is seeking Emergency Medicine Physicians to join our team at the New Wekiwa FSER in Apopka, Florida. Opening December 2025.Qualified Candidates:
Board certified/board eligible Emergency Medicine Physicians (ABEM/AOBEM) or board certified in Family Medicine with extensive ER experience.
Possess ATLS, PALS and ACLS

- Projected 12,385 visits in the first year
- Fully integrated with HCA Florida Lake Monroe Hospital a Level II Trauma Center
- 11 private patient care beds
- Dedicated trauma room
- Diagnostic imaging, including CT scan, ultrasound, and X-ray
- Ambulance bay for EMS access
- Patients needing to be admitted to an inpatient bed will be transported to the main campus with seamless care handoff to our excellent intensivists, hospitalists, and specialists
