The Permanente Medical Group, Inc. (TPMG) is actively seeking an Otolaryngologist-Head and Neck (Endocrine, Thyroid/Parathyroid) Physician to join our team in Walnut Creek, CA

• $436,500 to $450,000 Yearly

• Full-Time starting Fall 2026

Seeking a board-certified/board eligible otolaryngologist with one of the following qualifications:  fellowship training in either Head & Neck Surgery or Endocrine Surgery or a General Otolaryngologist with high volume thyroid/parathyroid surgery experience. Practice also includes melanoma/sentinel lymph node biopsy, management of salivary tumors, and some general ENT.

You would be joining a diverse group of 15 otolaryngologists and 3 PAs providing the full spectrum of ENT care in an integrated health care system. We cover two hospitals (Walnut Creek and Antioch) and an additional outpatient facility (Dublin). Call is 3-4 weekends per year and 1-2 nights per month.

Full-time annual salary range is $436,500 to $450,000 plus additional potential incentives up to $42,740*. Reduced schedules with pro-rated compensation may be available. *Some incentive opportunities are estimates based on potential premium pay.
