Join IES, Integrative Emergency Services, at Saint Francis Children's Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma

Academic Positions: 

• Fellowship Program Director (full-time)
• Associate Program Director (full-time)
• Core Faculty (full-time & part-time)

Clinical Positions: Full-time, Part-time, PRN

Compensation Model: W2 or 1099

Saint Francis Pediatric Emergency Department: 

• Trauma Level: 1
• Annual Volume: 34,000
• Admission Rate: 19% (varies from 18%-21% based on the season)
• Physician Coverage:  28 hours
• Physician Shifts: 7a-3p; 2p-12a; 9p-7a
• APP Coverage: 30 hours
• APP Shifts: 9a-9p; 7a-4p; 1p-10p
• EMR: Epic
• ED Beds:
• 27 treatment rooms including:
  • 2 resuscitation rooms
  • 18 general monitored rooms
  • 5 hallway beds
  • 4 chair beds
  • 3 fast-track monitored bays
  • 2 triage stations

Children’s Hospital:

• • PICU: staffed by Pediatric Critical Care specialists
  • NICU: Level IV with in-house neonatologist coverage
  • Pediatric hospitalist service
  • Full range of pediatric subspecialists
  • Child Life Specialists on staff at hospital
  • Pediatric Pharmacist on staff
  • Dedicated Pediatric RT (weekdays)
  • Only Children’s Hospital in the region
  • Academic Site for six residency programs, including Emergency Medicine, Pediatrics, and Family Medicine
  • Pediatric Emergency Medicine Fellowship Program begins July 2027

Compensation

• W2: $145/hr + $35 per patient 10% of Base & Productivity pay is subject to 10% QSP (QSP guaranteed at 100% for first 90 days)
• 1099: $155/hr + $35 per patient 10% of Base & Productivity pay is subject to 10% QSP (QSP guaranteed at 100% for first 90 days)
• QSP: Quality Service Performance metrics pay is based on national, hospital-specific, and group membership measures
• Shift Buydown: opportunity for shift buydown with academic leadership roles

 Qualifications:

• BC/BE Emergency Medicine or BC/BE Pediatrics with Pediatric Emergency Medicine Fellowship
• Oklahoma medical license & BNDD (or ability to obtain)
• DEA
• PALS, ATLS
