The Division of Pediatric Hospital Medicine, Sedation, and Palliative Care at the Bernard & Millie Duker Children’s Hospital is seeking a full-time combined Pediatric Palliative Care and Hospital Medicine physician to join our expanding team.
About the Role:
Our physicians work as part of a collaborative, interdisciplinary team providing both inpatient and outpatient palliative care services to the children and families of our region. We are looking for a compassionate and skilled clinician with a strong interest in medical education, family-centered care and supporting medically complex patients.

Competitive salary range with incentive bonus opportunity $175,000-$185,000, depending on academic rank.
The Bernard and Millie Duker Children’s Hospital is a children’s hospital within a larger academic health system. It is the only Children’s Hospital for 80 counties in upstate NY and serves children’s and families in southwest VT and Western MA. Faculty and staff can work on diverse, interdisciplinary teams and teach learners at all levels. The Division of Pediatric Hospital Medicine, Sedation, and Palliative Care has grown exponentially over the years and is well respected for their clinical care and leadership within the institution.
