Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician – $350K+ Potential Texarkana or Tyler, TX – Faith-Based Health System with Full Benefits & Generous Sign-On

A highly regarded, not-for-profit health system in Texarkana, Texas is seeking three BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians to join its expanding primary care team. This physician-led organization is known for delivering compassionate, high-quality care across Northeast Texas and offers a collegial environment with outstanding support.

Texarkana is ideally located just 1 hour from Shreveport, LA, and 2 hours from both Dallas, TX and Little Rock, AR. With a large catchment area of over 400,000 residents, this opportunity combines clinical impact with an excellent quality of life.

Position Highlights

• 100% outpatient primary care

• Flexible schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with 4.5-day work week available

• Patient-focused model: average 14–22 patients per day

• Advanced documentation support using Epic EMR with Abridge AI to streamline charting

• Join an established group of 8 physicians and 7 APPs across 3 clinics

Compensation & Benefits

• First-year income guarantee of $250,000–$265,000

• Earning potential of $300,000–$350,000+ after year one

• Sign-on bonus of $50,000–$75,000 with a three-year commitment

• $2,000 monthly residency stipend

• $25,000 per year in loan repayment or retention incentives

• Fully paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage
