This dynamic, high-volume, technologically advanced practice offers the full spectrum of surgical services, with opportunities to teach general surgery residents and medical students. • 3 Physician 2 APP Practice
• Full scope practice: Surgical (laparoscopic, open, robotic), Endoscopy, Rounding & Clinic/ED consults
• Outreach: 1 day/week
• Block OR time with DaVinci XI robot
• OR/ASC 3 days; Clinic 2 days
• Call: 1:4
• EMR: EPIC
Compensation & Incentives
• Base salary: $462,000 with 2-yr income guarantee (production based in Yr-3)
• Recruitment incentive: $100,000
• ASC ownership option available
• Moving allowance up to $15,000, CME $5000, PTO 30 days
• Paid malpractice and 403(B) match
