The Department of Head and Neck Surgery & Communication Sciences (www.headnecksurgery.duke.edu) at Duke University is seeking a fellowship-trained, board-certified pediatric otolaryngology-head and neck surgeon to lead the Division of Pediatric Otolaryngology as the Division Chief. We are seeking a candidate at the rank of Associate Professor/Professor with strong credentials for academic leadership, and a vision for leading a nationally ranked division recognized for its high-quality clinical care, innovative research, and the training of future leaders in the field. The Chief will lead the Division of Pediatric Otolaryngology to further expand its clinical footprint in a manner that supports the use of advanced surgical options, promotes access for all through growth and innovative delivery models, and pursues pediatric multidisciplinary care of the highest quality.
