  • No call, no ICU coverage required
  • 1:1 support from a dedicated NP (sees follow-ups)
  • Collaborative environment with one established pulmonologist and hospitalist/intensivist support for complications
  • Robust procedure mix: Bronchoscopy, EBUS; interventional pulmonology welcome
  • Clinic Schedule Flexibility:
    • 4-day or 5-day work weeks available (4x10s or 5x8s)
    • Start with 9 clinic sessions/week, scaling down to 7 as your panel grows
    • Protected admin time: 4 hours/week
    • Interventional candidates start with ½ day/week procedural time, expandable to 2+

Practice Highlights

  • Serve as part of a highly collaborative, multispecialty group
  • Strong referral base from over 160 employed providers in 36 clinics across 8 counties
  • Procedures supported by experienced radiology and hospitalist teams
