Job Description

The Department of Psychiatry, University of Missouri-Columbia, is seeking full-time, board certified or board eligible forensic psychiatrists. The position available includes providing forensic psychiatry services on an inpatient unit, in an outpatient clinic or an inpatient consult service; all with opportunities for teaching and research.

The position will hold the title of Assistant, Associate, or Professor (non-tenure track) of Psychiatry. Rank and salary will be dependent on qualifications and experience. This position will also be the director of the forensic psychiatry fellowship program, where we fund up to two forensic fellows.

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in Psychiatry.
  • 2 Years of experience in Forensic Psychiatry.
