Non-Academic Pulmonologist/Critical Care-$350k Incentive Package w/ UofL Health - South Hospital

University of Louisville Physicians (ULP) is seeking non-academic Pulmonologists for UofL Health's newest community hospital, UofL Health - South Hospital! UofL Health has invested in the health of Bullitt county, and the surrounding area.  South Hospital adds approximately 100,00 sq. feet of new space to the existing facility adding 10-bed ICU, 30 medical/surgical patient rooms, 20 future patient rooms, cardiopulmonary, respiratory therapy and support space!  Job functions will include ICU and Pulmonary IP coverage (APP support on nights), outpatient procedures and building a large outpatient practice in a newly designed office.

Physician will be performing procedures that include but not limited to:

• Insertion/management of chest tube
• Insertion/ management of central venous catheters
• Bronchoscopy w/wo biopsy
• Paracentesis, thoracentesis
• Mechanical ventilation management, chronic and acute
• Percutaneous tracheostomy
• Tracheal intubations
• Moderate Sedation/Analgesia
