Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family medicine, a commitment to providing high-quality care, and a passion for serving diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, including preventive care, acute care, and chronic disease management.
• Conduct thorough medical assessments, diagnose illnesses, and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
• Educate patients about health maintenance, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications.
• Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) to accurately document patient encounters and maintain up-to-date medical records.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to evidence-based medical guidelines.
