About this role:
As a Physician in Wound and Hyperbaric Medicine, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.? In this role you will act as Medical Director of the Lutheran Wound Care Center.
This position includes a?$5,000?sign-on bonus and ?up to $4,000?in relocation assistance
You will practice at Lutheran Medical Center Wound Care Center in Wheat Ridge, Colorado
Your Schedule will include 2 half day Clinical days and 1 half day of Administrative Duties
Compensation:
FTE: 0.3 (.2 clinical and .1 directorship)
.1 Medical Director $139.00/hour up to 208 hours per year

What you’ll bring:
MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
ACGME accredited residency
ABMS board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline
Active, unobstructed Colorado medical license, or the ability to obtain one
BLS certification and DEA
Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process
