Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree required.
• Completion of Psychiatry residency training.
• Board Eligible in Psychiatry required; Board Certified in Psychiatry preferred (or must be Board Certified within 5 years of start date).
• Active Florida medical license required.
• Must be located in the state of Florida or within 50 miles of the Florda state border.
