Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Compensation:
  • Salary range: $562K–$635K depending on clinical focus
  • Substantial additional compensation for extra shifts
• Financial Package:
  • $43,000 annual retirement contribution

Qualifications: 

• Certifications: BC/BE and completion of ACGME-approved residency program and Subspecialty Fellowship (if applicable)
• Licensure: Eligibility for Mississippi medical licensure
• Sponsorship: J1 waiver & H1-b visa support
