  • Shared call of 1:4 call, only 7 days of call per month for an amazing quality of life
    • Pay: $650/$1,000 for 0-8 days and $1,000/$1,500 for 8-30 days
    • Ability to pick up extra call for extra pay if desired

  • You manage your weekly OR to Clinic schedule
  • Get to know your patients, seeing an average of 8-10 on OR days and 12 on Clinic days
  • Keep your medical practice sharp by performing a wide range of procedures including B&B, bariatric, endoscopy, LAP hernia, colon, gall bladder, appendectomy
  • Open to starting new service lines to match your skillset
  • No ICU in this 25-bed critical access hospital, with very little trauma
