We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our Two Rivers, WI practice. This busy practice is situated on the shores of beautiful Lake Michigan in a growing community. This opportunity gives you the best of both worlds, a smaller clinic with the support of a large health system. An established patient panel with long term clinic staff makes this an ideal opportunity.

Full-time practice: 40 hours per week with a minimum of 28 hours available for patient appointments, minimum 4 days per week

2-year compensation guarantee, plus:
Time off: 160 hours per fiscal year; 264 hours per fiscal year once compensation guarantee expires
CME stipend of $5,000 per fiscal year and 80 hours of time off
Participate in a large call group, phone call only
No weekend or holidays, except for on-call weekends
Teaching opportunities available with medical students from the Medical College of Wisconsin-Green Bay
Up to $12,000 for relocation assistance
