Position Overview

Zarminali Pediatrics is seeking compassionate and dedicated pediatricians to join our inaugural team in Edina, Minnesota.

You will play a vital role in:

• Promoting the overall health of the pediatric population

We are thrilled to share that Sartell Pediatrics in Minnesota is now part of Zarminali Pediatrics, joining us in our mission to transform pediatric care. As we expand across the Greater Minneapolis area, we are seeking pediatricians to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do

As a pediatrician at Zarminali, you will focus on:

• Patient Care: Diagnose, treat, and create personalized care plans tailored to each child’s needs.
• Growth & Preventative Health: Monitor milestones, provide early intervention, and educate families on preventive care.
• Patient & Family Education: Guide families from infancy through adolescence with compassionate, evidence-based care.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate, compliant patient records.
• Collaboration: Partner with Advanced Practice Clinicians and healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care.

What You’ll Need

• M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited institution
• Current and unrestricted license to practice medicine in Minnesota
• Current and unrestricted Minnesota DEA license
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Pediatrics
• 2–3 years of post-residency pediatric experience preferred
• Comfort in a collaborative, non-hierarchical environment
• Empathy toward patients, families, and caregivers
• BLS/ACLS Certification
