Consider this opportunity to practice Family Medicine with Saratoga Hospital Medical Group in a 60/40 Academic/Clinical role, for the developing, two-year-old Saratoga Hospital Family Medicine Residency Program in the Saratoga Springs, New York region. We seek a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician with at least three years of practice experience for this position.

Saratoga Community Health Center – a service of Saratoga Hospital: Join this practice in an integrated health care delivery model that includes primary care, behavioral health and addiction medicine, as well an on-site dental center. Three dedicated family medicine physicians and an advanced practitioner provide primary care services at this location. We look forward to an enthusiastic physician joining the team. In addition, a psychiatrist, an addiction medicine specialist, two advanced practice providers, and a psychologist provide mental health services.
The payer mix varies from private payer to a large population of Medicaid and Medicare. This is a mission-focused practice caring for the insured and underinsured population of our city. The practice focuses on patient-centered care, with enhanced quality and patient access. Our practice team includes on-site care managers and referral coordinators.

The compensation range is $245K - $270K based on experience, with a competitive compensation package.
