Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise medical staff
  • Perform comprehensive assessments and order necessary studies
  • Monitor patient response to treatment and ensure documentation compliance
  • Oversee infection control plan implementation
  • Participate in audits and performance improvement activities
  • Provide treatment to injured employees

Requirements:

  • Doctorate in Medicine from an accredited college
  • Completion of an ACGME residency program
  • 3 years of clinical or public health experience
  • Texas Medical Board license, DEA registration, NPI#

Skills and Abilities:

  • Expertise in patient care, disease management, and public health practices
  • Proficient in medical tools, project management, and problem resolution
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
