Compensation & Benefits

• $415,000 Year One
• Guaranteed Base Salary: $250,000 - $ 340,000 (Depending on Experience) for Two Weeks Coverage
• Sign-On Bonus: $100,000
• Production Bonus: $25,000 Production
• Student Loan Assistance: $125k Per Year!
• Paid Time Off: 30, Plus More Holidays, & CME
• Open to W2 or1099 Options

Qualifications

• Certifications: BC or BE in General Surgery
• Experience: In-practice
• Scopes are required
