Job Title: Remote Pediatric Radiologist – Interventional and Diagnostic
Sign-On Bonus: $50,000 sign-on bonus available for full-time schedule (conditions apply)

Universal Radiology Partners of Nevada (URPNV) is seeking a Board-Certified Radiologist with fellowship training in Pediatric Radiology to provide both diagnostic and interventional imaging services in a fully remote capacity. This opportunity is ideal for pediatric radiologists seeking the flexibility of remote work while delivering high-quality care for children across Nevada hospital systems. We offer support in obtaining a Nevada medical license and welcome applicants interested in full-time, part-time, or per diem schedules.

Position Highlights:

  • 100% remote – no onsite coverage required
  • Flexible scheduling: full-time, part-time, or per diem
  • Consistent pediatric case volume, including diagnostic and minor interventional studies
  • RVU Bonus: 45 per RVU when you exceed the threshold
  • $50,000 sign-on bonus for full-time roles (conditions apply)
  • Licensing support available for physicians not currently licensed in Nevada
  • Collaborative, physician-led group focused on pediatric care

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret pediatric diagnostic imaging studies, including X-rays, CTs, MRIs, ultrasounds, and fluoroscopy
  • Perform or consult on minor pediatric interventional procedures such as:
  • PICC line placement
  • Drainage procedures
  • Pediatric angiography (as appropriate)
  • Provide timely, high-quality radiology reports for referring pediatricians, emergency teams, and specialists
  • Collaborate with hospital-based teams to develop pediatric imaging protocols and care plans
  • Participate in multidisciplinary pediatric case discussions and quality initiatives
  • Maintain documentation standards and compliance with pediatric imaging guidelines (ACR, ALARA, etc.)

Requirements:

  • Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology
  • Fellowship-trained in Pediatric Radiology
  • Board Certification or substantial experience in Pediatric Interventional Radiology preferred
  • Active Nevada medical license or eligibility to obtain (licensing support provided)
  • Experience in both diagnostic and basic pediatric IR procedures
  • Reliable home workstation with secure internet connection for remote workflow
  • Availability to work scheduled shifts (weekday, evening, or weekend blocks available)
