This is a unique leadership opportunity combining strategic vision with hands-on clinical practice (70% clinical, 30% administrative) at one of the most respected pediatric rehabilitation hospitals in the country.
The AVP will guide the continued excellence of our inpatient medical services, balancing high-quality clinical care with administrative leadership focused on operational efficiency, performance improvement, and interdepartmental collaboration.

The anticipated salary range for this position if hired to work is $240,000 to $300,000 per year.
