Robust APP support: Dedicated, experienced inpatient PAs at both hospitals Monday–Friday, assisting with:

• Rounding
• Initiation of continuous bladder irrigation
• Difficult Foley placement
• Floor procedures

This model allows you to focus on clinical decision-making, procedures, and urgent surgical care while maintaining efficient, safe patient flow.

The Opportunity

MHMG is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urology Hospitalist to join a well-established urology team providing inpatient and emergency urology coverage at:

• Memorial Hermann Katy Hospital (Level II Trauma)
• Memorial Hermann Memorial City Hospital (Level IV Trauma)

You will manage adult urology consults, inpatient care, procedures, and urgent surgeries while working closely with on-campus urologists for seamless collaboration and continuity of care.

• Adult urology only
• No outpatient clinic responsibilities
• da Vinci robotic systems available at both campuses
• EMR: EPIC

Schedule & Coverage

• 7 days on / 7 days off
• 26 weeks of coverage annually
• Inpatient and ER consult coverage at both campuses
• APP support in place weekdays
• Work-Life Balance

Qualifications

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Urology
• Texas Medical License (or ability to obtain)
• New graduates welcome to apply
