• Established urology practice with 6 urologists and 3 urology APP's.  
• Acquiring an existing patient panel
• Practice conveniently located across the street from the hospital
• Office services include front office staff; computerized billing and collection and efficient EMR 
• Urology Medical Office Space includes 4 procedure rooms and 15 patient exam rooms
• Typical schedule: 5 blocks/week in surgery; 5 blocks/week in clinic
• Engaged and supportive hospital leadership
• Collegial practice and hospital medical staff
• Call arrangement:  1:7
