South Shore Hospital on Chicago’s South Side offers emergency medicine physicians the opportunity to practice in a moderate-volume, community-based setting that provides a well-rounded mix of cases. This independent hospital delivers a stable and supportive environment, 12-hour physician shifts, and convenient access to downtown Chicago.

Clinician Requirements

• BE/BC - Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine
• Prior clinical experience in an emergency department setting required (for IM/FM-trained physicians)
• Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, and ATLS
