Chief Psychologist Needed NOW

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Psychologist to join our team in a managerial role. As the Lead Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing professional supervision, consultation, and training for staff psychologists and special programs. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising psychology interns and practicum students
  • Participating in hiring decisions for staff psychologists
  • Evaluating performance and behavior support plans
  • Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and agency policies
  • Developing systems and procedures to meet standards

You will also oversee budgetary responsibilities, coordinate psychological services, and ensure quality forensic activities. Additionally, you will participate in disaster response and recovery efforts as needed. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Doctoral degree in Psychology
  • Licensure as a Psychologist in Texas or reciprocity state
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in psychiatric services
  • Experience in standardized evaluations and behavior analysis
  • Strong leadership and training skills
