Join a Leading Cancer Care Team in the Pacific Northwest
Northwest Permanente, P.C. is seeking a Medical Oncologist with expertise in solid tumors to join our growing, fully sub-specialized oncology team. This position is primarily based at the Kaiser Interstate campus in Portland, OR.
Position Overview
- Focus on solid tumor oncology, with emphasis on gyn and breast cancers; opportunity to treat other solid tumors.
- Work within an integrated cancer program offering:
- Clinical research opportunities
- Specialized nursing support
- Surgical and supportive care teams
- Collaborative care model with RN case managers and nurse navigators.
- Experience with telehealth and digital health or willingness to adapt is expected.
Compensation & Benefits
- Projected Annual Total Rewards Value: $472,321 - $618,000*
- Salary: $388,900 - $474,300 (salary pro-rated to assigned FTE)
- Retirement: 21% employer contribution to retirement programs, including pension
- Health Coverage: 90%+ employer-paid health plan
- Education: Paid annual education leave + education allowance
New Hire Incentives
- Relocation allowance: Up to $15,000
- Hiring bonus: $50,000
