Internal or Family Medicine Physician | Novi, MI

With continued growth and high patient demand, Henry Ford Health System's Department of Family Medicine is seeking a board eligible/certified Family Medicine Physician to join an established practice at Henry Ford Medical Center - Columbus, Novi, Michigan.  Currently, this practice has 17 providers (14 physicians and 3 APP's).  Physicians who join the Henry Ford Medical Group are employed and work exclusively for the Group.

Qualifications

• This position will involve outpatient clinical care – Full spectrum primary care.
• Experience with older adults and complex care a plus
• Willingness to engage in team-based care including collaboration with case management, clinical pharmacists, APPs, and other staff for high value care.
• Opportunity for collaboration, education of medical students, residents, as well as participation in research
• Work schedule consists of non-traditional hours.  Monday thru Friday including one Saturday per month.
• Partners with other team members to foster and champion an inclusive workplace culture.
• Demonstrates a strong commitment to JEDI principles.
• Must be board certified or eligible in Family Medicine
• Residency/Fellowship training by an ACGME/AOA accredited  program is required

Henry Ford Medical Center - Columbus, provides primary care, behavioral health, cancer treatment, diabetes, gastroenterology, infusion, radiology and rehabilitation services. Specialty services include MOHs surgery, MRIs, and a travel clinic. This location also offers same-day primary care services for the cost of a primary care doctor office visit seven days a week and on holidays.
