The group consists of 10 partnered radiologists and is affiliated with Kaweah Health Medical Center, a 581-bed Level III trauma center.

The practice provides coverage for the main hospital, multiple outpatient imaging centers, and a physician-owned outpatient interventional radiology center.

Teleradiologist – Part Time (Remote)

Enjoy full flexibility while working with a collaborative and efficient team.

Highlights:

• Fully flexible scheduling – submit your availability

• Compensation options:

  • $420–$450/hour or $50 per wRVU

• Quarterly productivity bonus (hourly model)

• W2 or 1099 options

• Core shifts:

  • Friday: 4 PM – 12 AM PST

  • Saturday & Sunday: 3 PM – 11 PM PST (every other weekend)

Radiologist – Onsite Full Time

(Open to non-fellowship trained candidates and all subspecialties)

Highlights:

• Starting salary: $550,000 + full benefits

• Partnership track: 1–2 years

• Partner earnings: $750,000–$900,000+

• Schedule:

  • 40 weeks/year

  • 8 AM – 5 PM day shifts

  • Only 6 weekends/year (8 AM – 2 PM, additional pay)

Interventional Radiologist – Full Time

Position Overview

We are seeking a Board-Certified Interventional Radiologist (fellowship-trained preferred, CAQ optional) to join a growing and highly regarded IR program.

Schedule & Call

• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Call:

  • Weekday: 1:4 (5 PM – 8 AM)

  • Weekend: 1:4 (48-hour coverage)

Practice Structure

• 70–75% Interventional Radiology / 25–30% Diagnostic Radiology

• Shared cross-sectional reading responsibilities

• IR physicians assist with general imaging when not in procedures

Procedural Work

• Hospital angiography suite (majority of cases)

• Physician-owned outpatient IR center (OBL)

Case Mix Includes:

• Trauma interventions (Level III Trauma Center)

• Varicose vein treatments

• UFE, GAE

• ERSD access procedures

• Planned Y-90 program launch (2025)

Team Environment

• 4 Interventional Radiologists currently

• Strong referral base and collaborative culture

• Dedicated APP support

Compensation & Benefits (Full-Time)

Compensation:

• Base Salary: Starting at $550,000+

• Sign-on Bonus: $100,000

• Loan Repayment: $100,000

• Relocation: Up to $15,000

• Internal moonlighting opportunities

Partnership:

• Track: 1–2 years

• Buy-in: ~$40,000 (typically covered by first bonus)

• Partner earnings: $750,000–$900,000+ (IR can exceed $1M with call/standby)

Time Off:

• 8 weeks (Year 1)

• 10 weeks (Year 2)

• 12 weeks (Year 3+)

Mineral King is associated with Kaweah Health Medical Center which is a 613-bed hospital with level III trauma designation.
