UC Davis Health is seeking a full-time Comprehensive Ophthalmologist to join our team at the UC Davis Eye Center in Sacramento. As a key member of our department, you will play a vital role in providing top-quality vision health care services and advancing ophthalmic science.

Qualifications:

  • California medical license
  • Board certification in Ophthalmology
  • MD or DO degree
  • Completion of an ophthalmology residency
  • Knowledge and skills in comprehensive ophthalmic care
  • Understanding of medical sciences and evidence-based practices
  • Familiarity with diagnostic methods and treatment modalities
  • Knowledge of public health principles and infection control
  • Awareness of ethical, legal, and regulatory standards

Key Responsibilities:

  • 95% - Provide comprehensive ophthalmology services
  • 5% - Perform administrative duties
