• California medical license
• Board Certification Required
• MD or DO required
• Successful completion of ophthalmology residency and Glaucoma fellowship
• No minimum work experience required
• Skills to perform patient care at an acceptable level

• 95% - Glaucoma physician duties
• 5% - Administration tasks
