This high-demand position offers immediate surgical volume (80% spine / 20% general orthopaedics), access to modern facilities, strong referral networks, and a clear path to partnership. Position Highlights
- Mix of clinic and OR:
- 2.5–3 days in clinic
- 2 days in OR (cases typically 6:45 AM – 3:30 PM)
- Monday–Friday schedule; no weekend clinic
- ModMed EMR
- Call shared equally among partners
- Onsite and nearby ancillary support: imaging, physical therapy, orthopaedic urgent care
- Practice support from 8 APPs and 6 therapists
- Modest general ortho responsibilities as you build spine volume

Qualifications
- BC/BE in Orthopaedic Surgery with Fellowship training in Orthopaedic Spine Surgery required

- Eligible for Alabama medical licensure
