• 4 days per week, Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
• 15 patients per day
• Even split between hematology and oncology cases
• Seeking single provider for consistency of care
• Hospital privileges required
• Call coverage may be required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
