Emergency Medicine Administrative Fellowship

Hiring one Full Time BC/BE Emergency Medicine physician for our two-year Emergency Medicine Administrative Fellowship program (W2 only).  This structured two-year program offers an additional stipend of $2,000 per month for 30 administrative hours per month of training and 90 clinical hours at site rate with a comprehensive benefits package on your first shift. The fellowship is an immersive program that provides hands-on training with hospital and emergency department leaders, as well as formal classroom learning.  Learn more about this unique opportunity to provide you with the skills to lead a team in the Emergency Department while still practicing medicine. 

• Shifts:  6A to 6P, 6P to 6A
• Trauma Center: Level IV
• Annual Visits: 17,000
• ED Beds:  16
• Patients Per Hour: 2.0
• Admit Rate: 24% - Hospitalists handle admissions
• Transfer Rate: 3%
• Physician Coverage: 24 hours – single doc coverage
• APP Coverage: 12 hours
• POCUS:  Sonosite
• EMR: Epic
• Dictation:  Dragon
• Hospital Beds: 100
• Qualifications: ABEM or ABOEM BE/BC
• W2: $245/hr ($100/hr base & QSP &RVU) - 90 day income guarantee
• 1099: $260/hr ($120/hr base & QSP &RVU) - 90 day income guarantee
