OB/GYN FACULTY - Academic Appointment with OU
Tulsa, Oklahoma
The University of Oklahoma is seeking OB/GYN Faculty to join the growing department in the School of Community Medicine on the Tulsa campus. This is an exciting opportunity to combine teaching, clinical practice, and academic engagement while serving a diverse patient population in an expanding program.
Position Highlights:
· 90% clinical / 10% academic role
· Supervise and teach residents across L&D, clinic, OR, and ER settings
· Mentor medical students and residents; participate in academic conferences and advising
· Engage in scholarly activity (research encouraged but not required)
· Flexible options to see personal patients outside of resident supervision if desires
· OR Time: 1 OR day every other week, plus access to robotic surgery (DaVinci, V-Notes)
· Clinic: Monday- Friday 8am-12pm & 1pm-5pm and call rotation with call pay
Compensation & Benefits:
· Salary Range: $280,000–$340,000 (commensurate with experience, rank, productivity and call)
· Potential Retention bonus – up to $30k
· Relocation Assistance - up to $10k
· CME allowance: $5,000/year and 1-week allotted time
· Employer is PSLF-eligible
· 6 weeks PTO

Qualifications:
· MD, DO, or equivalent degree
· Graduation from ACGME or AOA residency for women’s health or related specialty.
· Board Certified or eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology or related specialty.
· Possession of a valid and unrestricted Oklahoma medical license (by date of hire), good references, and an exemplary practice history (as applicable).
