Position Highlights
- Known for its patient-centered approach, emphasis on preventative care, and a strong focus on quality and patient satisfaction.
- Multispecialty group practice setting
- Monday – Friday 8a-5p
- 37.5 hours of scheduled patient contact (7.5 hours per day). Clinic starts between 8- 8:30 a.m., 1.5-hour lunch, and last scheduled visit will be at 4-4:15, depending on start time
- Average of 12-20 patients per day seen in 15 or 30-minute appointment blocks
- Call is shared with all Kelsey Seybold Neurologists at CHI Baylor St. Luke’s Hospital and is currently 1 week every 10 weeks and 1 weekend every 8 weeks. This is an inpatient rotation.
- All Clinics are equipped with the latest supplies, equipment, and instruments needed.
- ?Conditions Treated: Memory disorders, including Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias, Multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, Stroke, Epilepsy, ALS (Lou Gehrig’s disease), Brain Tumors, Peripheral neuropathy, Bell’s palsy, Headaches including migraines, Tremor
- The main campus has 11 standard exam rooms, 2 EMG suites, and 1 extra-large EEG suite
- Full nursing and clerical support staff
- Epic EMR
Compensation & Benefits
- Base compensation + RVU (average $330K to $490K)
- RVU Productivity – 1st year guarantee $60,000
- Pay for Performance averaging $20,000
- Average sign-on Bonus of $20,000
- Relocation up to $10,000
- PTO: 37 days
