Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Base Salary: $265,000 - $341,000 base salary commensurate with experience
• Performance Bonus: Plus a Production bonus + potential quality bonus incentives
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $100K
• Retirement Program: 401(k) with 5% match and immediate vesting
