High Lakes Health Care, a Praxis Health clinic, is seeking a dedicated Internal Medicine Physician to join our vibrant team at the Upper Mill clinic, located in the heart of beautiful Bend, Oregon. Benefit Highlights:

• Compensation: $270,000 base salary + wRVU production up to $480,000
• 36 patient hours over 4 - day workweek + 1/2 admin day
• Signing bonus/ Relocation/ Loan repayment assistance
