This is a replacement position with immediate patient demand – the perfect chance to step into a busy practice while helping shape the future of OB/GYN services in western North Dakota.
With over 600 babies delivered annually, excellent surgical support, and a strong referral base from our on-campus primary care, pediatrics, internal medicine, and surgery teams, this is an outstanding opportunity for an OB/GYN who values community, continuity of care, and professional growth.
Step Into Success – take over an established patient panel with built-in volume
High-Volume OB Practice – 600+ deliveries per year, with a Level II nursery
Strong Surgical Support – block OR time for GYN procedures
Modern Clinic Space – office, 3–4 exam rooms, procedure room, and in-clinic ultrasound
Robust Procedures – including C-sections, hysterectomies (laparoscopic, open, vaginal), hysteroscopies, laparoscopies, ablations, D&Cs, LEEPs, colposcopies, IUDs, and more
Collaborative Culture – collegial team with shared call support (1:4 rotation, improving as more physicians are added)
Competitive Base Salary: $381,910
Productivity Incentive: wRVU threshold 6,925; Conversion Factor $55.15
Forgivable Loan Program: Generous 3-year commitment incentive
Relocation Assistance: Up to $15,000
CME Allowance: $3500 for single boarded; $5000 for double boarded physicians
Paid Time Off: 40 days (320 hours) per year
