ECU Health Physicians and ECU Health Women’s Care- Edenton are seeking a BE/BC OBGYN to join their established practice located in Edenton, North Carolina. New graduates are encouraged to apply. 

Historic Edenton is a waterfront community located 90 minutes from Norfolk, Virginia, 2 hours east of Raleigh, North Carolina and 1 hour from the beautiful beaches of The Outer Banks. 

ECU Health Physicians provides comprehensive health care for women of all ages and stages at 10 outpatient clinics and 8 hospitals across eight eastern North Carolina communities. Our growing team is comprised of 28 OB/GYN generalists, 8 subspecialists and 27 advanced practice providers.

ECU Health Physicians, the employed provider group of ECU Health, is comprised of over 1,200 physicians and advanced practice providers across more than 120 locations in eastern North Carolina. The group provides the infrastructure and leadership needed to manage a modern medical practice, including processes for billing and collection, group contracting, electronic medical records and other technologies.

ECU Health Chowan in Edenton is a 25-bed critical access hospital which provides programs and services to 110,000 people in six counties. The facility offers medical and surgical services, including intensive care, a specialty care clinic and a dedicated outpatient surgery area with endoscopy capabilities. A seven-bed emergency department serves approximately 18,000 patients per year. For more complex care needs, the facility's state-of-the-art telehealth system allows for a direct connection with the specialists at our academic medical center.
