Parkview Physicians Group is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Otolaryngologist to join our established practice in Bryan, Ohio. This is a full-time, outpatient-focused opportunity with access to modern surgical facilities, dedicated APP support, and the resources of a physician-led, not-for-profit health system.
Location: Bryan, Ohio (with outreach clinic in Archbold, OH)
Full-time, employed role with Parkview Physicians Group (part of not-for-profit Parkview Health)
Outpatient-based practice with inpatient consults as needed
Replacement hire—step into a stable and established practice
Join a supportive care team, including one APP (oversight required, additional compensation provided)
Epic EMR across inpatient and outpatient settings
Schedule: Minimum 36 clinical hours per week
Monday–Friday with flexibility (7:00am–4:00pm or 8:00am–5:00pm)
Option for 4/10s work schedule
OR schedule: Block and flex time available at local hospital for surgical cases
In-office procedures allowed and encouraged
Inpatient rounding supported by hospitalists
MD/DO, Board Eligible or Board Certified in Otolaryngology
J-1 visa waiver candidates accepted
Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
No leadership or academic duties required (clinical focus)
No hospital call required
After-hours office call only (mainly critical labs)
Calls triaged through Parkview Access Center

$30,000–$35,000 sign-on bonus (includes relocation assistance)
